Julian is a Jewish American, who, like Judah Benjamin, has personal ties to the British Commonwealth. Born and raised in Canada, Julian now resides in California -- where he oversees all Society programs.
A hands-on executive lay leader, Julian routinely delivers lectures and personally addresses meetings of Society partners.
Julian is a distinguished lecturer, who has addressed classes at the University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University, New York University, University of Southern California, University of Western Washington, Wellesley College, UMass Amherst.
Julian also partook in a special education symposium in the nation of Panama, where he delivered a keynote presentation.
